[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]We are relieved that non-essential shops like ours can reopen (although we are guessing that most of you have seen your computers and internet access as being essential during lockdown!) but we are also mindful that we need to continue to work hard to keep our customers safe. Also, we need to stay healthy to maintain our services and business, and be able to provide help to you!
Here’s how our “new normal” looks if you need our services. In store we have installed sneezeguard screens, have hand sanitiser for every customer to use on arrival, and sanitisation schedules in place. But we will be only allowing one customer (or a couple from the same household) in store at any time, which is why we are asking people to call ahead… so please read on!
BOOK IN OVER THE PHONE
In the first instance of wanting to book in a repair or make a purchase, please contact us by phone on 01484 451234. We’ll take all the details, give you a job number, and email you our terms and conditions instead of getting you to sign a job sheet in the shop.
On arrival, press the buzzer and we’ll let you in (providing the shop is empty – if we are with someone already please wait outside whilst maintaining social distancing).
All equipment brought in for repair will be sanitised on arrival and before dispatch (it’s unlikely but possible this may cause cosmetic damage, so if you prefer we can quarantine the equipment instead for 72 hours before repairing it).
LOCAL COLLECTION & DROP OFF
If you are clinically vulnerable and shielding, please call us as we will still offer collection and drop off services (fees apply).
ON-SITE VISITS
We are really sorry but we are not carrying out on-site visits at this time.
It goes without saying but please do NOT visit the shop if you are unwell, or showing even slight signs of a cold, cough or fever.
