Broken computer? Fried hard drive? Camera card or SD card misbehaving? Home DVD appearing blank? Are you worried you may have lost some valuable data and photos? Don’t panic!

Get in touch with us straight away (and stop using the device) as it’s quite possible that the data is recoverable and can be transferred to DVD or an external hard drive. We invested very heavily in sophisticated data-recovery software and machines so we have every chance that we’ll save those missing files.

We also offer cloud backup for a safe, easy way to store your data.  It’s a service that we monitor for you, and prices start from £9.99 per month. Download our cloud backup brochure here for full details.

Remote Support

Welcome to our new website

From 22 May 2026 we are closing our Kirkheaton shop and moving to a remote way of working to support our customers - much like we did successfully during the COVID lockdowns. This is reflected in the content of our new site.
