Inspiration Computers offers remote support to all our clients, home user and small businesses alike. As long as there is a working internet connection, there are many problems that can be sorted via remote support. So we can repair your PC without you having to leave your house!

Our Care Plan customers get a remote support session included in their subscription every month.

Obviously there are some issues that cannot be resolved remotely, but in those cases we can advise what would be the best way to proceed.

Remote Support

Welcome to our new website

From 22 May 2026 we are closing our Kirkheaton shop and moving to a remote way of working to support our customers - much like we did successfully during the COVID lockdowns. This is reflected in the content of our new site.

Until then, we are still welcoming repairs and sales of new computers at our shop in person. Check Facebook for our opening hours. Hope to see you soon!
