We are specialists in virus and spyware removal and in 99% of cases we can remove the viruses and clean up your PC without having to delete any of your information.

We only completely wipe a computer if it's had severe viral damage; and in these cases we do offer a data backup service before carrying out any work. So, don't panic, we can fix it!

Because virus removal these days is a time-consuming and complex process, it's best if you bring the computer into our shop as the necessary scanning can take a long time.  When the computer is in our workshop, you are only charged when we are actually working on your computer; you don't get charged for the scanning time.

If you are suffering from repeated infections, we can investigate the cause for you (particularly useful in cases where more than one person has access to a machine, in the workplace for example, and may be misusing the computer).
