We offer a “no fix no fee” policy on repairs. We usually investigate problems the same day, sometimes whilst you wait. We understand how important it is for you to have your computer up and running.

Many computers benefit from enhanced performance by upgrading key components. We can upgrade memory, hard disks, install CD/DVD drives and much more. We’ll happily advise you free of charge on what upgrades will benefit your computer.

We recommend that your computer has an MOT every six to twelve months depending on usage. In much the same way as your car needs servicing to keep it running well, your computer needs servicing too! The MOT includes software updates, virus checks, defragmentation of the hard disk, checks on the sound & graphics card, CD/DVD drives and processor.
